Modular Hospital Building

The Penza Cardiology Hospital, spanning 18,685 square meters and accommodating 185 beds, stands as a testament to rapid and efficient construction. Completed within a total timeframe of 215 days, our modular design methodology, incorporating pre-design and static projects, facilitated a rapid on-site assembly process, guaranteeing the hospital’s operational readiness. Designed with adaptability to diverse terrains, the prefabricated modules employ a robust raft foundation system. The architectural detailing and material selections for the Federal Center of Cardiovascular Surgery (Cardiocenter) were made to withstand challenging climate of Russia.

These modules, crafted from lightweight and chemically resistant materials suitable for medical activities, offer a resilient solution. The assembly process, outlined in comprehensive shop drawings, allows for straightforward and autonomous implementation. The modular system provides flexibility, enabling customization to meet specific needs by combining various modules. This innovative approach slashes construction timelines by seventy percent compared to traditional methods.

Utilizing galvanized steel as the primary building material, we delivered static projects encompassing the structural system, complete with calculations and sizing conducted in accordance with SNIP standards for the steel framework and reinforced concrete foundation. The modular construction, chosen for its rapid execution without compromising quality, aligns with our commitment to high engineering standards, resulting in a state-of-the-art medical facility.₺
