Our involvement in the Kampala Mobilization Camp Project encompassed a comprehensive array of architectural, statical, and foundation design services for various structures including prefabricated buildings, containers, and pre-engineered steel buildings. For the disassembled containerized units, we meticulously designed single-piece roof frames using painted cold-formed structural steel profiles and cross members, ensuring structural integrity and ease of assembly with crane lifting points in mind.

Similarly, our design approach for prefabricated panel buildings involved the creation of a robust truss system comprising galvanized structural steel profiles, cold-formed steel posts, and purlins, with attention to detail in truss connections and stability achieved through strategically placed struts.

The static project we delivered for reinforced concrete foundations ensured a solid structural base for the multi-storey buildings, enhancing durability and longevity. In addition to structural design, we provided architectural details for sandwich panel walls, including flashings, contributing to the aesthetic appeal and functionality of the buildings.

The high insulation properties of these structures result in energy-efficient operation and enhanced comfort in varying climatic conditions. Furthermore, their fully recyclable nature at the end of their lifespan underscores their sustainability, aligning with modern construction practices and environmental responsibilities.
