Bu vizyoner giri\u015fim, e\u011flence, perakende ve konut ya\u015fam\u0131n\u0131n \u00e7e\u015fitli ihtiya\u00e7lar\u0131n\u0131 kar\u015f\u0131layan sofistike tasar\u0131m\u0131n bir i\u015fareti olarak duruyor. \u00c7evresinin do\u011fal g\u00fczelli\u011fiyle b\u00fct\u00fcnle\u015fen bu mimari \u015faheser, zarafeti i\u015flevsellikle kusursuz bir \u015fekilde dengeleyerek hem gezginler hem de i\u015f adamlar\u0131 i\u00e7in bir cennet sunuyor.<\/p>

    \u00c7ok y\u00f6nl\u00fc ama\u00e7lar\u0131n \u00f6zel gereksinimlerini kar\u015f\u0131lamak \u00fczere tasarlanan bina tasar\u0131m\u0131n\u0131n karma\u015f\u0131kl\u0131\u011f\u0131, benzersiz ve bireysel \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcmler gerektirmi\u015ftir. Birincil yap\u0131 malzemesi olarak se\u00e7ilen beton, sa\u011flaml\u0131k, esneklik ve dayan\u0131kl\u0131l\u0131k sunarak modern in\u015faat\u0131n \u00f6z\u00fcn\u00fc olu\u015fturmaktad\u0131r. Bu stratejik se\u00e7im sadece otelin yap\u0131sal b\u00fct\u00fcnl\u00fc\u011f\u00fcn\u00fc sa\u011flamakla kalm\u0131yor, ayn\u0131 zamanda estetik \u00e7ekicili\u011fine de katk\u0131da bulunuyor.<\/p>

    Bu mimari cevhere katk\u0131m\u0131z, donat\u0131 \u00e7ubuklar\u0131n\u0131n detayl\u0131 bir yakla\u015f\u0131mla tasar\u0131m\u0131n\u0131 ve hesaplanmas\u0131n\u0131 da i\u00e7eren betonarme i\u00e7in yap\u0131sal tasar\u0131m ve statik projelerin sa\u011flanmas\u0131n\u0131 kapsamaktad\u0131r.
